Central Operations Program Manager
Role Overview
The Program Manager for Central Operations will spearhead new strategic initiatives and manage business-as-usual (BAU) activities for field operations. Working closely with front-end leadership, this role ensures seamless program rollout, governance, and performance across cross-functional teams (CFTs).
Experience - 2 Years (Only Tier 1 college)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives & BAU
Lead the design and execution of new strategic programs for field operations.
Ensure smooth transition and integration of initiatives into BAU processes.
Partner with front-end leadership to align operational priorities with business
goals.
Program Execution & Governance
Drive fast execution across cross-functional teams (CFTs).
Establish governance frameworks for program rollout and performance tracking.
Monitor adherence to SOPs and operational standards.
Performance Management
Track and report on program KPIs, including time to ramp for new initiatives.
Ensure measurable improvements in operational efficiency and service delivery.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with leadership, store operations, and service teams to ensure
alignment.
Communicate program objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively across
stakeholders.
Build strong relationships to drive buy-in and accountability.
