Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning Process Development

• Develop and maintain standardized demand planning processes and policies aligned with business needs
• Continuously improve planning workflows and integrate best practices for scalable operations

Forecasting and Tool Management

• Identify, implement, and manage suitable demand planning tools for automated statistical forecasting
• Ensure seamless integration and maintenance of AI/ML-based models with planning systems
• Automate manual forecasting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency

Consensus Planning

• Design and implement a structured consensus demand planning process
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather qualitative input to enhance forecast accuracy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with supply planning, marketing, zonal planners, and other stakeholders to align forecasts with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy through alignment of internal and external insights

AI/ML Forecasting Model Collaboration

• Collaborate with statistical forecast analysts to build, test, and refine AI/ML models
• Leverage advanced analytics for demand sensing and short-term forecasting enhancements
