Central Credit Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee credit quality and provide strategic direction across the department
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of credit reports, dashboards, monthly performance presentations, and credit memorandums
• Lead credit audits through policy analysis and case reviews, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory norms
• Conduct credit risk assessments and portfolio due diligence to identify early warning signals and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with business teams to manage end-to-end credit processes and support decision-making
• Work with tech teams to drive automation and expand system-based credit decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyze data trends, and present insights to senior management.
• Deliver regular team training, digitize training workflows, and manage centralized MIS reporting
