Job Description

• Representing the project as a FF/Logisticexpert
• An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
• Experience of leading teams with high visibility and performance driven
• People Management, Conflict management and Influencing Skills
• Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to set up and establish an ocean Logistics / Freight forwarder team.
• Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives with high sense of urgency.
• Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge of Logistics business processes Sea/Road/Rail and Air
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain. Should have been a Manager for at least 3 years.
• Enable to set up new business processes / procedures for Logistics / Freight forwarders companies
• Experience in project planning, design implementation, monitoring hand in hand out between stakeholders
• Experience in Operations Process. Vendor, Liner management / Follow up and tracking procedures
• Familiar in Logistics Marketplace concepts and customer demands
• A Domain expertise with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Process Management,
