Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth business operations at the outlet; with a keen eye on quality &
adherence to SOP's
Excellent hospitality, guest servicing and escalation handling & management
Ensure brand guidelines & operating standards are followed at all times, with an
audit score of 85% +
Enhance revenue from services, memberships and other products to achieve
budgets
Increase guest engagement for upselling and high-quality reviews & feedback
Making daily & monthly MIS reports as per systems & software provided
Maintain high standards of ethics.
Develop & train team members and continuously upskill them
Experience and desirables:
Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Hotel management / Aviation / Sales & Marketing /
Retail Management
Experience in Spa, Salon, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Hotels & QSR preferred
Should possess excellent communication skills, while maintaining high standards of
hospitality
Strong customer relationship skills
Team player with high degree of empathy
