As a full-time Center Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient delivery of Sukino's healthcare services at the Bengaluru center. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coordinating patient care processes, maintaining facility standards, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve service quality. You will monitor operational performance, address client feedback, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. This is an on-site position requiring hands-on management and interaction with staff, patients, and their families.

• Strong leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills
• Proficiency in customer service, client relationship management, and communication
• Experience in healthcare services, patient care coordination, and operational compliance
• Ability to monitor reporting, budgeting, and ensure quality control practices
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
• Prior experience in healthcare or a similar industry preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare guidelines, policies, and regulations is a plus
