Job Description Center Manager
Location: As assigned
Reporting To: COO
Role Objective:
To manage end-to-end operations, revenue, quality, compliance, and team performance of the IVF center while ensuring excellent patient care and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily center operations, administration, and P&L management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and booking targets
- Ensure high standards of patient care, hygiene, ethics, and clinical coordination
- Manage patient journey, feedback, counselling, and referral coordination
- Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL/ISO, licenses, audits, and documentation
- Lead, train, schedule, and appraise center staff; manage manpower and outsourced staff
- Monitor costs, billing, refunds, inventory, pharmacy, assets, and AMC
- Support marketing, branding, doctor engagement, camps, and events
- Maintain accurate reporting (HIMS, Google Sheets, manual)
- Act as escalation point for operational, patient, or staff issues
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS or Graduate with Master's in Healthcare Management
- 56 years of healthcare/clinic management experience (IVF preferred)
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hospital operations, budgeting, compliance, and quality systems
- Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (or regional language)
