Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Center Manager at Vashi, Navi Mumbai location. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff and resources, monitor performance metrics, and develop strategies to enhance member satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, planning promotional activities, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a thriving and inclusive fitness community.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Customer service expertise and the ability to resolve client concerns effectively
• Experience with operational and financial management, including budgeting and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of fitness and wellness industry trends and services
• Proficiency in sales, promotional strategies, and marketing activities
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai during standard business hours
• Familiarity with fitness certification programs and a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field preferred
