Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager located in Vadodara. The Center Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, and ensure an excellent patient experience.

Establish daily consultation and conversion targets, analyzing performance regularly.

Meet monthly conversion goals, contributing to revenue growth at the clinic.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, handling administrative tasks, implementing clinic policies, and driving service quality improvements. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics and supporting strategic growth initiatives for the clinic.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Up 1 to 5 years of experience in sales consulting and business intelligence.
• Operational management and organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills, communication proficiency, and customer service experience
• Knowledge of clinic operations or healthcare management is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using administrative and scheduling software
• Educational background in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
