Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Head based in Indore. The Center Head will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate programs, and ensure the effective delivery of educational initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring program implementation, maintaining records, managing budgets, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with Pratham's mission and goals. The role also involves mentoring team members, building partnerships with local communities, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the center.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience in program coordination and operational management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively with community members and partners
- Previous experience in education or non-profit sectors is a plus
- Graduate degree in education, social sciences, management, or a related field
- Fluency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus
