Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Center Head at Curelo. As a Center Head, you will oversee the daily operations of the center, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high service standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating laboratory operations, optimizing productivity, and implementing processes to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for mentoring the team, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to healthcare and safety standards. Collaboration with both internal teams and external partners will be crucial to support the continuous growth and success of the center.
