As the Branch Manager / Center Head / Senior Academic Counselor, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving admissions growth, counseling prospective students, managing revenue operations, and ensuring smooth branch functioning from opening to closing.
This position requires strong expertise in academic counseling, sales, digital marketing awareness, CRM systems, and student lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective students and parents via face-to-face meetings, Zoom sessions, and telephonic consultations
Understand student career goals and recommend suitable Digital Marketing Diploma and PG Diploma programs
Explain course outcomes, placement opportunities, upskilling pathways, and industry relevance
Resolve queries and deliver a structured, high-conversion counseling experience
Guide students on AI, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing career opportunities
2. Sales, Admissions & Revenue ManagementAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets
Maintain a strong lead pipeline and ensure effective follow-ups
Drive lead conversion through structured sales strategies
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns and inquiry generation
Manage complete fee collection process in a timely and professional manner
Ensure accurate invoice generation and invoice updation
Track outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts when required
Maintain transparency and accuracy in revenue reporting
3. CRM & Data ManagementEnsure proper CRM maintenance and real-time lead status updation
Track inquiry sources, conversion ratios, and performance metrics
Maintain detailed records of student interactions, payments, and enrollment data
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly admissions and revenue reports
Analyze performance data to improve counseling and sales outcomes
4. Branch Operations & Team SupervisionOversee daily branch operations from opening to closing
Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies and structured processes
Monitor counseling sessions, student onboarding, and batch coordination
Coordinate with training and placement departments for smooth student transition
Maintain discipline, professional conduct, and operational efficiency
5. Customer Relationship & RetentionMaintain continuous communication with enrolled students and families
Address concerns related to academics, schedules, or payments
Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and renewals
Ensure high student satisfaction and positive brand experience
Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in academic counseling and sales
Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Knowledge of AI tools, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
Understanding of upskilling trends and career-oriented education programs
Experience in fee collection and revenue tracking
Strong CRM management and reporting skills
High level of accountability and branch ownership
PreferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education
Familiarity with CRM software and automation tools
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in Skill Development Institutes or Education Industry
