Latinum is seeking a Collections Leader with a strong background in Credit Operations to lead our global delivery teams across Collections, Order to Cash, and Cash Application processes. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership capabilities, strong analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive performance, client satisfaction, and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of global Credit Operations: Collections, O2C, and Cash Applications
- Represent Delivery in Sales and Business Development discussions
- End-to-end delivery ownership with a strong client-facing presence
- Ensure timely deliverables through structured reviews and governance
- Analyze daily performance metrics and drive performance improvement
- Use analytics and insights to manage performance and exceed key metrics (Efficiency, Availability, Adherence, Billing, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
- Travel as required for QBRs, delivery setup, and long-term project deployments
Required Skill Set:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven performance management and execution capabilities
- Experience in leading large-scale transitions
- Deep understanding of the credit and collections industry
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and deadline-driven environment
- Digitization and customer experience transformation knowledge preferred
