Job summary

As a Execution / Dealing Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales desk that caters to institutional and high-frequency clients in the fixed income space, covering FX, rates, and derivatives products.

Job responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include

  • Trade Execution Booking Assist in the execution of vanilla trades, ensuring timely and efficient processing; accurately book trades in the system, ensuring all details are correctly captured and aligned with client instructions.
  • Deal Reconciliation Perform regular reconciliation of deals to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordination with Middle and Back Office Work closely with the middle and back-office teams to facilitate settlements and address any settlement breaks.
  • Trade Documentation Prepare, manage and follow-up on trade documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Confirmation Tracking Track trade confirmations and ensure they are received and processed in a timely manner.
  • Client Follow-ups Maintain regular communication with client teams to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of service.
  • Client Onboarding Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed.
  • Execution-Oriented Tasks Support the sales desk with various execution-oriented tasks to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Understanding of fixed income products, including FX, rates, and derivatives.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant booking systems.
  • Prior experience in handling post-processing of fixed income products is preferred.
