Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CDP Manager/Architect to handle our customer data platform. The role involves managing data from different sources, ensuring data quality, and helping teams use data for better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate data from multiple sources like customer data, transactions, and third-party platforms into the CDP
- Manage data pipelines (data flow, processing, and transformation)
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Work on customer data segmentation and insights
- Collaborate with business and tech teams for dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Maintain data security and ensure compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Monitor system performance and improve scalability
- Provide support and training to internal teams on CDP usage
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related field
- 4–5+ years of experience in CDP or data platform roles
- Good knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with SQL, MongoDB, Hadoop, Hive
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Understanding of APIs and real-time/batch data processing
- Knowledge of data privacy and governance
- Good communication skills
