Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a CDP C at one of our New Delhi locations. The role involves preparing and overseeing food production, ensuring quality and presentation standards, following proper food safety and hygiene practices, and assisting in menu planning and recipe development. The successful candidate will lead a team, provide hands-on training to junior cooks, and collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high operational standards while meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications
  • Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management.
  • Team leadership abilities to supervise and train kitchen staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for efficient kitchen operations.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • A diploma or degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a CDP or in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
