We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a proven track record in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring dishes are innovative and appealing.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
