Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CCTV Technician located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities of the role include installing and maintaining CCTV systems, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting safety assessments, ensuring proper handling of hazardous equipment, and providing excellent customer service. The technician will collaborate with clients to ensure their surveillance systems meet their specific requirements and function optimally.
Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in CCTV Installation and related equipment setup and configuration.
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of Hazardous Materials handling and adherence to safety protocols for secure system operations.
- Flexibility to work on-site and a willingness to adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Proven experience in a related field with a focus on video surveillance or hardware systems is an advantage.
- A diploma or certification in electronics, IT, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
