Position: CCTV HUB Team Leader

Location: Lingarajpuram, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts | Weekly Off

Preferred: Male candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound CCTV HUB Team Leader to manage a team of CCTV operators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring operations, ensuring system functionality, managing incidents, and training junior staff on basic CCTV troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of CCTV operators in day-to-day surveillance activities.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and recording of CCTV footage.
• Manage incident escalation and reporting in line with company protocols.
• Train junior staff on basic technical troubleshooting and system usage.
• Maintain system health, coordinate with technical teams for maintenance/repair.
• Develop and manage duty schedules ensuring 24/7 operational coverage.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with security, IT, and other departments for issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate with a minimum of 1+ years experience in a CCTV operations or control room environment.
• Prior experience in rotational shifts is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of CCTV systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and report-writing ability.
