Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Operator based in Surat. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling security systems to ensure the safety and protection of the facility. Tasks include real-time surveillance, detecting and reporting irregularities, documenting incidents, providing footage upon request, and collaborating with security personnel to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and monitoring tools
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to assess and report potential security threats
• Basic technical troubleshooting of CCTV equipment
• Strong communication skills and teamwork for effective collaboration with security personnel
• Ability to remain focused and vigilant during extended periods of monitoring
• Prior experience in a security or monitoring role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are an advantage
