Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cathlab Technologist, based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work. The Cathlab Technologist will assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures performed in the catheterization laboratory. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining equipment, monitoring patient vitals, and assisting the medical team during procedures. The role also involves ensuring patient safety, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining catheterization laboratory equipment and imaging systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, along with interventional cardiology techniques
• Ability to monitor patient vitals, interpret diagnostic results, and respond to emergencies effectively
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills for maintaining records and compliance with hospital protocols
• Demonstrated teamwork, communication skills, and ability to assist medical teams during procedures
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Cardiac Technology, Radiologic Technology, or a related field
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred
• Prior experience in a catheterization laboratory or similar environment is highly desirable
