Category Marketing Manager

About The Role
- Implement marketing strategies, growth targets, and category-level priorities for food ingredients across multiple categories
- Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities and Market Insights
- Identify category opportunities, gaps, and emerging market needs.
- Develop and execute category-specific marketing strategies
- Support sales teams with marketing materials, category insights, and product education.
- Experience in managing the Snacks, Culinary, and Food Service categories would be ideal.
Requirements
- Experience: 6-12+ years in food ingredients, food service, or culinary category management
- Expertise: B2B sales, category marketing, business strategy, market expansion
- Education: MBA or equivalent management qualification (IRMA, IIM, or similar institutions preferred)
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, strategic planning, client management, and team leadership
