Role Description

The Category Manager is responsible for driving the P&L of the assigned category by formulating and executing strategic initiatives that strengthen market presence, optimize product portfolios, and meet evolving customer needs. The role ensures sustained category growth through data-driven decision-making, innovation, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

• Category management & P&L ownership
• Market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification
• GotoMarket (GTM) planning and channel development
• New Product Development (NPD) and product lifecycle management
• Pricing strategy & margin management
• Strong crossfunctional collaboration (Sales, R&D, Marketing, Ops)
• Analytical problemsolving, data interpretation & decisionmaking
• Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management
• Project management with strong execution skills
• Experience in construction chemicals or building materials (preferred)
