About the Role:

We're looking for a Manager Category Merchandising (Jewellery) to ensure the right product mix across stores by analyzing market trends, competition, and store catchments. The role is key in driving product planning, pricing strategies, inventory management, and category profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead merchandising planning & forecasting (demand, annual plans, gross contribution).
• Drive pricing, promotion & markdown strategies to maximize margins.
• Manage product portfolio & new product development.
• Oversee inventory norms, stock turns, and new store indenting.
• Partner with sales & retail ops teams to improve channel & store productivity.
• Contribute to policy updates, training, and people development.

What We're Looking For:

• 58 years of relevant experience in Jewellery, Fashion, or Garments.
• Strong category management & analytical ability.
• Skills in customer orientation, detail orientation, and stakeholder collaboration.
