Job Description
● Drive Category Creation / Growth related initiatives
○ Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives
■ Offline to Online Bus Customer movement
■ Cross Selling Bus from other LOBs
■ Leisure/Pilgrim/Other Category Creation initiatives
○ Run analytics on Customer cohorts , Shopper/ Conversion related bottlenecks and come up with recommendation to accelerate growth
○ Create visibility of target vs actuals and identify areas of course correction across different dimensions(Region, Channel,Customer Cohorts etc)
○ Drive Sales Promotion charter to influence customer retention
○ Drive projects in collaboration Product, Data Science, Performance Marketing Team
