Category Manager

Requirement:

MBA or Engineering degree from a Tier 1 institute (IIT/IIM/NIT/ISB or similar)

34 years of experience in demand planning & e-commerce sell roles in Tier 1 firms

Strong stakeholder management skills you can manage up, across, and diagonally

Comfort with structured processes and an eye for when they need to be reinvented

Past experience in a fast-paced e-com or retail environment is a major plus

Strong data management & analysis skills Excel, SQL, or whatever gets the job done

Excellent communication skills you can turn a messy spreadsheet into a crisp narrative
