Job Title : Category Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and run the category and scale it to the next level (grow the category from X to 5X or 10X).
- Cross functional coordination with the internal teams and ensuring high performance.
- Own the category performance, analyze business data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Revenue Management as per business projection, achieve the GMV numbers.
- Ensuring seamless patient experience by liaising with various internal teams.
- Liaison with multiple stakeholders like - Concierge, Product, Marketing, Operations and finance to execute daily operations/tasks.
- Ensuring the overall category performance condition-wise.
- Design business projections and develop operational metrics to measure process efficiency.
- Develop operational excellence to meet business goals.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development
- Extremely data-driven and result oriented, think out of the box to bring extreme value for excellent patient experience.
- Excellent Leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.
- Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balance with supply.
- Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
- Preferably done zero to one and have built categories
