About the Role
Heads Up For Tails (HUFT) is seeking a highly strategic and business-driven Category Manager to
lead and scale our Cats business. This is a leadership role requiring a strong grasp of P&L
management and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on accelerating growth across
Retail, Quick Commerce and D2C channels.
The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creativity — building all cat brands
through relationship management, topline growth, margin enhancement, customer experience,
content strategy, and omnichannel marketing excellence.
