Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the regional Business P&L, driving growth through effective assortment and pricing strategies
- Plan and review product assortments on a quarterly basis to ensure efficiency and productivity across cities
- Maintain strong understanding of fashion commodities, regional preferences, pricing trends, vendor sourcing, and key brands
- Build and strengthen relationships with brands, aligning on monthly business plans and growth targets
- Identify and develop new categories to maximize market share within the division
- Ensure 100% vendor fill rates and product availability through close collaboration with brand partners
- Drive Visi investment targets from existing vendors to improve platform visibility and regional brand penetration
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, building the category with a long-term vision and continuous benchmarking for market leadership
Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or buying within fashion or retail
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with exposure to P&L management
- Experience working with brands and vendors in a fast-paced retail environment
Education:Any Graduation
