Build on a 5 year plan for the entire portfolio
Will be responsible for influencing the short and long term strategic direction and ensuring execution and evaluation of brand plans through the brand teams and functional interfaces like design agencies, market research agencies, packaging, global R&D team and activation teams.
Shall also be responsible for development and aspirations of brand team
Lead the Marketing agenda to build sustainable leadership for the brands
Desired Candidate Profile
9 - 12 years of post-qualification experience in well-known consumer facing companies in FMCG/Durables
Must have experience in interacting with advertising/design agencies, providing the brief, evaluating the creative and planning and implementing brand strategy.
Must have experience in identifying market niches and launching new products to satisfy the niche
Education: Masters in Marketing from reputed B-Schools
