About the RoleWe are looking for performance-driven Account Managers – Amazon Ads to manage and scale Sponsored Ads campaigns for US-based Amazon seller accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, data-driven optimization, and the ability to drive measurable growth in revenue and ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for US accounts
- Own end-to-end campaign execution including keyword research, bid optimization, budget allocation, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- Develop and implement strategies to scale revenue while maintaining profitability targets
- Conduct regular account audits and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Collaborate with clients/internal teams to align on goals, budgets, and performance expectations
- Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to refine campaign strategies
- Create and present performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Ensure proper campaign structuring, segmentation, and funnel optimization
Key Requirements- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads for US marketplace accounts
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads console and advertising best practices
- Proven track record of improving ACOS/ROAS and scaling ad spend efficiently
- Experience handling multiple accounts and high-budget campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Proficiency in tools like Amazon Ads Console, Excel/Google Sheets, and third-party tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
- Good understanding of the Amazon seller ecosystem (listings, SEO, inventory impact on ads, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Role DifferentiationJunior Account Manager:
- 3–5 years of experience
- Ability to manage campaigns independently with guidance
- Strong execution and optimization skills
Senior Account Manager:
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven experience handling large budgets and multiple accounts
- Ability to drive strategy, mentor juniors, and own client outcomes
