Job Description

  • Grow Nova Platform (Redbus inhouse B2B platform for bus operators)
  • Help category growth through Vendor onboardings
  • Improve top of the funnel through marketing outreach
  • Drive conversions to fuel sales growth
  • Ensure smooth fulfillment of orders processed through Nova Platform
  • Ownership of BAU operations
  • Design and own implementation of SOPs
  • Work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics and other cross functional teams to improve effectiveness of Nova
  • Work closely with Supply team to drive awareness about Nova among operators
  • Drive actionable business insights from data
