Role Summary

The Catalogue Operations Manager will own end-to-end catalogue lifecycle management across marketplace and D2C channels for multiple franchised brands. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality, compliant, and conversion-optimized product content at scale.

The incumbent will work closely with brand partners, category teams, content agencies, tech/PIM teams, and marketplace operations to drive catalogue excellence, faster onboarding, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Catalogue Ownership & Operations

  • Own catalogue creation, enrichment, and maintenance across marketplaces and D2C platforms
  • Manage end-to-end catalogue onboarding for new franchised brands, including attribute mapping, taxonomy alignment, and bulk uploads

Quality, Compliance & Content Excellence

  • Ensure catalogue quality excellence across accuracy, completeness, hygiene scores, and marketplace compliance
  • Drive content creation and enhancement including titles, descriptions, bullets, size charts, image guidelines, videos, and enhanced content (A+/Brand Stores)

Marketplace & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as SPOC for marketplace catalogue audits, rejections, and escalations; ensure minimal downtime and rapid resolution
  • Partner with category and business teams to optimize catalogue for discoverability, conversion, and seasonal relevance

Process, Automation & Governance

  • Manage input files from brands and vendors; build SOPs for validation, automation, and error reduction
  • Work with tech and PIM teams to improve scalability, automation, and data governance

Performance Tracking

  • Track and report catalogue KPIs including live rate, rejection rate, content score, and turnaround time (TAT)

Skills required:

  • 59 years of experience in catalogue operations, marketplace onboarding, or ecommerce content management, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Hands-on experience managing catalogues across major marketplaces and D2C platforms
