At OurShopee, we are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Catalogue Manager to lead and scale our catalogue operations end-to-end.

Role Overview

You will take complete ownership of the product catalogue lifecycle from onboarding to delisting ensuring listings are accurate, competitive, conversion-focused, and aligned with commercial priorities. You will work closely with Buying, Marketing, Customer Support, and Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own catalogue accuracy (titles, specs, pricing, stock, images, attributes)
• Improve upload turnaround time and reduce listing errors
• Develop SOPs and quality control processes
• Align with Buying on launches, pricing, stockouts, and clearance
• Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns and landing pages
• Work with Tech to improve CRM tools and bulk upload systems
• Benchmark competitor pricing while protecting margins
• Audit and fix incomplete or outdated listings
• Lead, train, and mentor the catalogue team
• Track weekly KPIs and performance metrics

Ideal Candidate

• 34 years of catalogue management experience in eCommerce
• Strong Excel and bulk upload expertise
• Experience with CMS/CRM tools
• Leadership and team mentoring skills
• Data-driven and detail-oriented approach
