Job Description

Job Summary:

The Catalogue Associate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace and D2C catalog management, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and content across multiple platforms. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to maintain catalog quality, manage brand stores, support during event days and promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketplace cataloging across all major platforms including Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Walmart, Noon and Namshi
  • Manage brand stores and upload RPDs and A+ Pages on Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart
  • Handle pricing uploads, rebate configurations, and offer opt-ins for BAU as well as event days across all marketplaces for PPMP, SOR, and SJIT models
  • Ensure accurate product grouping and variations as per marketplace guidelines
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Shopify backend, including product listing, homepage and collection page management, metafields, and product tags
  • Perform regular quality checks of catalog content across all marketplaces and publish reports highlighting gaps, corrective actions, and closure status
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (MDM, merchandising, sourcing, tech, and operations) for resolving catalog discrepancies
  • Have basic knowledge of Unicommerce integration with marketplaces to support catalog and order flow
  • Support catalog readiness for new launches, promotions, and order testing
