About the Role
At Elevatoz Loyalty, we're looking for someone who can take complete ownership of how we source rewards and present them to our users.
This role sits at the intersection of procurement and catalogue management. On one side, you'll work closely with vendors to get the best products at the right price. On the other, you'll ensure those products are presented in a way that's clear, engaging, and easy for users to explore and redeem.

What You'll Be Doing
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to get quality products at competitive prices.
- Identify new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and overall commercial terms.
- Keep track of market trends and pricing to ensure we stay competitive.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Control budgets and keep a close eye on overall spend.
- Review and approve products before they go live in our system.
- Ensure stock availability and avoid gaps in supply.
- Handle vendor risks and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Work closely with internal teams to align procurement with business needs.
Catalogue & Product Management
- Create and maintain a clean, well-structured, and easy-to-navigate product. Catalogue.
- Ensure all product details (pricing, specs, availability) are accurate and up to date.
- Improve how products are categorized and displayed for better user experience.
- Work with tech teams to manage and improve catalogue/PIM systems.
- Optimize product listings so users can easily search and find what they need.
- Ensure consistency across platforms (web, mobile, etc.)
- Partner with marketing to keep Catalogue content aligned with campaigns and branding.
- Track performance metrics like conversions, clicks, and user feedback.
- Continuously improve catalogue quality based on data and insights.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, Catalogue management, or e-commerce.
- Strong experience working with vendors and handling negotiations.
- Good understanding of how digital catalogue or product listings work.
- Comfortable working with data, pricing, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with procurement tools, ERP systems, or PIM platforms is a plus.
- Someone who can collaborate across teams and take ownership end-to-end.
Nice to Have
- Experience in loyalty, rewards, e-commerce, or retail.
- Exposure to tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, or catalogue management platforms.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and cost optimization.
