We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Catalog Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting brand managers across multiple accounts in managing marketplace operations, catalog performance, and reporting. This role sits at the heart of e-commerce execution, ensuring optimized product listings, maintained account health, and equipped internal teams with the data they need to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience navigating Seller Central and the broader e-commerce ecosystem.

What You'll Do
- Supporting brand managers with tasks across multiple brands, including catalog setup and listing optimization.
- Monitoring Vendor Central & Seller Central account health, identifying root causes of policy violations or listing health issues, communicating documentation needs to cross-functional team members, and following through to resolution.
- Completing marketplace research.
- Support creation of client facing presentations for existing brands.
- Other unique responsibilities and projects delegated by the brand management team.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience with Seller Central catalog and account health management.
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.
Previous experience in an agency environment supporting multiple accounts is preferred.
Strong interest or background in beauty, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and responsive with a strong sense of urgency.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Available to work from our Bangalore office from Day 1 in a
night shift.
Have strong communication skills.
