X-Ray is an interactive feature that surfaces information about what is on screen at any given moment during a Movie or TV Episode, including actors/characters present in scene, interesting trivia, and music that is playing. The core mission of our team is to drive high quality coverage of X-Ray content on titles in our catalog, providing all customers with a revolutionary viewing experience. We are seeking a Catalog Specialist to help drive coverage of X-Ray on titles for our customers. This person will work cross functionally with counterparts in engineering, content operations, product management, and IMDb.
X Ray Prime Video is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the X Ray PV Operations team as a Catalog Specialist. This position offers an exciting introduction to the Amazon Prime Video and provides a training ground for success.
Catalog Specialist Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Execute timecoding (classification and tagging) processes for current features
- Maintain coverage goals for high-priority content on an ongoing basis
- Test and execute processes for projects related to new X-Ray features
- Maintain and contribute to process documentation
- Contribute to business requirements for internal tools
- Contribute to process improvements initiatives to optimize for cost, quality, and speed
Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management. The candidate should have a track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data and report generation & management. The candidate should be clear and use data to drive their communication with stakeholders. The candidate should be able to resolve issues with reduced guidance.

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or any related quantitative field
