About This Role
We're looking for an Intern Catalog Operations to support the quality and accuracy of Xoxoday's global product catalog. This role exists to ensure that products across gift vouchers, merchandise, fintech, travel, and experiences are clean, consistent, and ready for customers.
You'll work closely with the Catalog and Category teams to review live and newly onboarded listings, catch errors early, and help improve how catalog quality checks are doneusing both structured processes and AI tools.
What You'll Do
Catalog Quality Control
- Perform quality checks on live and newly onboarded products across multiple categories
- Review product titles, descriptions, terms, denominations, validity, images, and redemption steps
- Identify and flag errors, gaps, duplication, and inconsistencies before and after go-live
Content Accuracy & Standards
- Ensure catalog listings follow internal quality and brand guidelines
- Improve clarity and consistency across product content
- Validate exclusions, usage conditions, and customer-facing details
AI-Assisted Review & Efficiency
- Use AI tools to validate content quality and structure
- Apply AI workflows to speed up reviews and reduce manual effort
- Share feedback on where AI can improve catalog operations
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with Category, Tech, and Operations teams to close quality gaps
- Track issues through resolution and support smooth go-lives
Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintain quality check trackers and documentation
Highlight recurring issues and patterns for process improvement
What We're Looking For
1.12 years of experience or early-career exposure in operations, quality control, or catalog-related work
- Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing structured data
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and large data sets
- Clear written communication skills
- Interest or hands-on experience using AI tools such as GPT for work
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Exposure to e-commerce, marketplaces, or catalog operations
- Basic understanding of gift cards, merchandise, or digital products
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or CMS tools
- Interest in automation and process improvement
