Job Title: Catalog & Marketplace Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Catalog & Marketplace Executive with experience in e-commerce operations to manage and streamline catalog processes across Shopify and multiple online marketplaces. The role will focus on maintaining accurate product listings, ensuring smooth catalog uploads, conducting quality checks (QC), and maintaining catalog hygiene for all listings. Prior experience in jewellery is a plus point.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product cataloging across Shopify and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, etc.).

- Create, update, and maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, and attributes.

- Ensure high-quality product images and content are uploaded as per marketplace and Shopify guidelines.

- Handle bulk uploads, listing errors, and suppression issues.

- Perform quality checks (QC) and ensure catalog hygiene for accurate and complete product data.

- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, warehouse) for catalog requirements.

- Ensure product data is updated regularly (new launches, stock, pricing changes).

- Generate basic catalog-related reports for internal tracking.

Skills Required:

- Hands-on experience with Shopify and marketplace seller dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for catalog management and uploads.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing product data.

- Ability to conduct catalog QC checks and maintain catalog hygiene.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 12 years of experience in catalog & marketplace operations.

- Prior experience in jewellery industry is a plus.
