About the Role
We're looking for a Cataloguing Associate who understands how fashion products translate onto a website. This role is not just about uploading products, it's about ensuring accuracy, structure, and a seamless browsing experience for customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Uploading and managing product listings on Shopify
- Handling end-to-end cataloguing: product titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, and collections
- Ensuring products are placed correctly across categories and collections on the website
- Working with large datasets using Microsoft Excel (sorting, cleaning, bulk uploads)
- Maintaining consistency in product data, sizing, attributes, and taxonomy
- Understanding fashion-specific data (fits, fabrics, categories, trends) and reflecting it accurately online
- Coordinating with internal teams (content, design, operations) to ensure timely uploads
- Identifying and fixing catalogue errors, gaps, or inconsistencies
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in cataloguing, e-commerce, or marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, bulk handling)
- Understanding of product data, especially in fashion (categories, sizing, attributes, merchandising logic)
- Basic understanding of how websites function (navigation, collections, user journey)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy
- Prior experience with fashion marketplaces or platforms like Culture Circle is a plus
