Wellversed is seeking a junior to mid-senior level D2C (Website) Operations & Analytics Executive with 3 months to 3 years of experience to manage Shopify listings, streamline backend operations, analyze performance data, and enhance overall customer experience.
Responsiblities:
- Manage Shopify listings, including product uploads, catalog updates, pricing changes, and content optimization.
- Analyze D2C (Website) data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee Shopify backend operations to ensure smooth functioning of order flow, inventory sync, and other operational processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behaviour to optimize our strategies.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track performance on various D2C (Website) channels, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Track and improve key customer experience touchpoints across the D2C (Website) including navigation, checkout flow, product information quality, and post-purchase experience.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 months of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Timeline-oriented, with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience/ Understanding of Shopify listing and backend management processes.
- Strong intent to build a long-term career in E-commerce/D2C operations and analytics.
