Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Casting Head for our on-site facility in Dewas. This full-time role involves overseeing the casting department operations and ensuring high-quality production. Key responsibilities include supervising casting processes, leading teams to enhance productivity, ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing materials and equipment efficiently, and implementing safety procedures. You will also play a key role in coordinating with other departments, improving manufacturing techniques, and achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in casting processes, foundry operations, and manufacturing techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance processes
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Degree/Diploma in related field
• Experience in automotive or heavy manufacturing industries is desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in Dewas, India
