Job Description

  • 5+ years of relevant Experience with Cassandra Admin exposure.
  • Deep understanding of Cassandra Architecture internal framework.
  • Design, develop and manage data on Cassandra cluster
  • Setting up Cassandra in a Multizone clustered environment.
  • Installation of Cassandra and configuration of the same in Cloud platforms
  • Experience in Add/bootstrap Remove/Replace nodes into clusters.
  • Strong knowledge in Replication, Partitioning, clustering between data
  • centres.
  • End-to-end performance tuning Troubleshooting of Cassandra
  • clusters
  • Cassandra DB maintenance / housekeeping activities
  • Software patches and upgrades
  • Capacity planning
  • Cassandra connectivity and Security in Cloud platforms
  • Monitoring
  • Hands on experience in Data Modeling, design implementation
  • Establishing and driving standards within the team
  • Providing guidance to less experienced DBAs
