Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system at Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
- Payment Handling: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision, ensuring proper change is given.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Station Maintenance: Keep the cashier station clean and organized, and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Receipt Management: Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of transactions for auditing and accounting purposes.
- Error Handling: Identify and correct any discrepancies in cash drawers or transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the service area.
- Promotions: Inform customers about ongoing promotions or special offers to enhance their dining experience.
- Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in accounting or finance are advantageous at Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Numerical Skills: Strong numerical ability and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
