Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Business/ Department

Objectives:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Processing standard
  • Ensure process delivery as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality is maintained
  • Interact with client on a daily basis to understand their requirement
  • Ensure team meets required productivity targets
  • Address client escalations / issues. Build excellent rapport with client
  • Conduct regularly meeting / discussion with client
  • Risk and Control
  • Ensure team adheres to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
  • Assist management for audit preparation and necessary actions for clean audit results
  • Migration and Project management
  • Support/ participate/lead in new/ongoing projects/migrations and ensure smooth cut over with minimized risks – internal and external
  • Develop and maintain training database, training materials, and trackers for the migration
  • Schedule and conduct training for new staffs. Ensure training and parallel run are well planned and executed without impact on delivery
  • Revenue and Cost management
  • Give suggestions or participate in process improvements and cost improvement initiatives
  • Team Management
  • Ensure the team provides the best productivity to meet SLA targets
  • Motivate the team towards the business objective
  • Maintain team's performance metrics to track defects, productivity.
  • Ensure back-ups are created within and across the team through cross functional projects.

Qualifications

Required

Preferred

Education:

Bachelor Degree (commerce/science stream preferred)

OR

Post Graduate (preferably Finance)

Experience:

Bachelor Degree - Min 8+ years in Trade Services / Trade Finance (3+ years team handling)

OR

Post Graduate (preferably Finance) – 4+ years of experience (Trade Operations/ Services - (3+ years team handling)).

Certifications:

CDCS certification

Skills:

Core:

  • Ability to execute and exceed both internal and customer expectations in a team-oriented Operations environment
  • Ability to work as a team with offsite partners.
  • Consistent ability to identify process improvement and implement quickly and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail is required to ensure the data privacy of our client information
  • Strong team management skills
  • Strong client management / relationship management skills
  • Working knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URR, ISP, URDG, Trade Services Products, and Trade Finance Products.
