Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families
  • Coordinate services among psychologists, therapists, doctors, and educators
  • Develop and monitor individual care plans based on client needs.
  • Schedule appointments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation
  • Track client progress and prepare reports
  • Ensure timely communication across multidisciplinary teams
  • Support clients with conditions such as:
    • Autism Spectrum Disorder
    • Cerebral palsy
    • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
  • Assist families in understanding treatment plans and services.
  • Handle referrals, admissions, and discharge planning
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards
