Job Requirements:
- Develop the SW requirements as per customer requirements.
- Contribute to module design and code/implementation according to the design.
- Understand Carplay, Android Auto and Media stack interfaces
- Porting Carplay, Android Auto and Media stacks on Linux and Android based Automotive platform
- Work on both Linux and Android based systems.
- Understand Android Auto, Carplay certification requirements.
Critical experiences required to be ready for this job:
- 7-15 years experience in embedded systems development.
- Strong hands on expertise in:
- Middleware solution development
- OS concepts like processes, threads, IPC, and multi-threading programming
- POSIX System concepts and POSIX internals ((POSIX expertise)
- C, C++ programming skills
- Java, JNI programming skills is a plus
- Working Knowledge of Android Auto and Carplay
- Working knowledge of media player frameworks on Android or Linux
- Troubleshooting issues on run-time environment.
- Exposure and understanding of using the tools like Git, SVN, Jira etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
