Job Description

Job Purpose

To train and guide individuals aspiring to become carpenters by equipping them with the essential skills, technical knowledge, and practical expertise required to develop competent professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 10 training batches per month, covering approximately 200 carpenters across the assigned region.

Conduct regular site visits to guide carpenters on product usage and installation techniques.

Address installation-related concerns and provide on-site technical assistance.

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within defined timelines.

Travel extensively across the assigned region to conduct training sessions, support installation activities, and resolve customer complaints.

Important Note: This is a field-based role, not a desk-based or sitting job. The selected candidates must be comfortable with extensive travel within their assigned regions for training sessions, on-site technical support, and complaint resolution.

Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided as per company policy.
