Carpenter Trainer

Job Purpose

• To train and guide individuals aspiring to become carpenters by equipping them with the essential skills, technical knowledge, and practical expertise required to develop competent professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 training batches per month, covering approximately 200 carpenters across the assigned region.
• Conduct regular site visits to guide carpenters on product usage and installation techniques.
• Address installation-related concerns and provide on-site technical assistance.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within defined timelines.
• Travel extensively across the assigned region to conduct training sessions, support installation activities, and resolve customer complaints.
